Yuu Sriracha is a high rise residential project developed by SFC Venture Sriracha affiliate company of Sangfah Construction & Engineering Co.,Ltd Yuu Sriracha is located on Ampur Sriracha , Chonburi.

Generally, Yuu is a high rise condominium with 29 storeys on the land area of 2-1-25.6 rai. It locates on the inbound side of Sukhumvit Road. Its back Is on Sri Racha Beach. It is designed with simple concepts. It is surrounded by the nature, sea and mountains of Sri Racha. It is decorated with the Japanese Zen style.

The standing point of the project is that it locates on the beach that is a place for relaxation and peace. It has wide views of mountains and sea. There is also the area on the back of the project that is on the beach. Thus, this made the project has its own private beach serves only their residents.


Yuu is a high rise condominium with 29 floors and 285 units. The building has three levels. The first level has the biggest base on the 1st floor with the lobby and shop units. The 2nd and 3rd floors are parking floors. The 4th floor is for the main facilities including the 27 x 5.75 meter swimming pool, fitness room, co-working space, Japanese Tatami Room, Kid Kingdom, In-Door and Out-Door Onsen, Putting Green and Zen Garden. The 5th – 24th floors are for the residential purpose. Each of these floors has 12 units per floor. The 25th – 29th floors are for the residential purpose. Each of these floors has only nine units per floor for the privacy purpose.


The main entrance of the project is on Sukhumvit Road. By turning left into the project, there is a street leading to a nearby street. The main entrance of the project is in front of the building, and it is on the main road. The poles of the land plot may be used with other buildings in the future with separated entrances for the convenience and security.

The road inside the project enables driving around the building in order to take a bypass to the parking floors at the back of the project. The parking floors are on the 2nd – 3rd floors that has about 125 parking lots (44% of the maximum number of residents) that exclude parking outside the parking lots.

Project Surrounding & The View

Yuu Sri Racha is an exclusive condominium with the convenience transportation to main line (Sukhumvit road) and Motorway, only 82 kilometre far from Suvarnabhumi Airport and away from High Speed Train Sriracha station (Future Project) about 6 kilometre. Yuu situated on Sukhumvit road at the curve of Sriracha beach which you can enjoy the 360 degree of the sea.


The downtown of Sri Racha District is quite crowded. It has famous hospitals and schools close to each other including Assumption School, Darasamut School and St. Paul Convent School. There is Kasetsart University, Sri Racha Campus, where is quite close to the downtown. The surrounding areas are also crowned because these are educational zones. Moreover, there are the sources of jobs such as Thai Oil Company Limited, Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Sahapat Group and Pinthong Industrial Estate. Therefore, this district has many Thai and foreign workers, especially Japanese workers, in these estates.

West - connect to the land of the project which will develop in near future. Plan to be the building high 31 storeys which has the 30 meter distance from Yuu building. YUU SRIRACHA FACILITIES

The 4th floor has main facilities. Consisting of ;-


Zen Garden (Computer Generated) located on the Main facilities 4th floor. creates a miniature stylized landscape through carefully composed arrangements of rocks, water features, also have the pavilion for relaxation and Putting green to enable golfers to practice their putting.


Japanese Tatami Room (Computer Generated) located on 4th floor, this room is setting up as the sitting room for Japanese Tea time. The floor covered with Tatami mats with the Japanese table, Shoji sliding door can open to enjoy the view of Zen garden and paper shoji screens provide privacy without completely blocking light when closed.

Kids Kingdom (Computer Generated) this room is connect to Japanese Tatami room, the room was designed with the colorful cartoon character and providing with development toys.


Co-Working Space (Computer Generated) The place for multiple purposes : work, relaxation, meeting, or reading. Designed with many type of sofa set and working table. The room materials were chosen to harmonise with the outdoor Zen Garden by using the wooden furniture and marble.


Fitness (Computer Generated) The fitness room provided with fully exercise equipment and the room was designed with wooden floor and ceiling with light natural color, and with the glass wall around the room so you can see the outside view while exercising.


Infinity Edge Pool (Computer Generated) located on the 4th floor and carefully designed to face the East in order to avoid the sunlight while using the pool and so you can enjoy spectacular views of the Sriracha sea and mountain.

Onsen (Computer Generated) This is the distinctive point of the project, there are both Indoor and Outdoor onsen provided with the International standard onsen system, the water quality inside the pool is drinkable and has the same standard with the mineral water and the temperature of the water is 40-44 degree same as traditional Japanese onsen.

Floor Plan

Floor 5th - 24th


The 5th – 24th floors are for the residential purpose with 12 units per floor. The floors have the four sided shapes. The lifts, lobbies and building systems are at the centers of the floors. By having the lifts at the center of the building, it provides the views for four directions. There are also the corridors around the lifts and lobbies. The advantage of these plans is privacy because the units’ doors are not opposite to each other. These are similar to single corridors. There two fire exits and three lifts.

Floor 25th - 29th


The 25th – 29th floors are for the residential purpose with only nine units per floor. So, these floors have more privacy than the other floors since there are no three units on the right hand side and the walls on this side can be glass wall making the corridors transparent and enabling natural lights shining into the corridors.

One Bedroom : 33.5 SQM.


By entering to the unit, first part at the right hand side is the kitchen counter while its left side is the door of the toilet that connect to the main bedroom. The next part is for the dining table and it connects to the living room with the slide door for taking natural lights into the room and leading to the balcony.



The floor of the main bedroom was elevated floor so you can place the bed mat on the wooden floor in the Japanese style. The space around the bed is enough for walking and doing things. The windows are at the angles for taking the wide views in order to let the natural light shining into the room, to provide comfortable feelings and to ventilate the air by sliding the windows. The left side of the bed has the walk-in closet with the built-in closet next to the door of the toilet. The toilet has the separated dry and wet zones. The wet zone has the shower and bathtub. A side of the toilet has the sexy bath glass wall that can look into the bedroom and take natural lights into the toilet in order to provide comfortable feelings. The toilet has all necessary sanitary ware brand Toto.

Two Bedroom : 71.50 SQM.


Two bedroom unit with the space of 71.50 square meters. By entering the unit, there is the open kitchen on the right side along the wall. The deepest part is the common toilet connecting to the living room and small bedroom. The toilet clearly separates the dry and wet parts. The next part is open area with the kitchen, dining table and living room.


As this layout is the corner unit therefore, the living room have the corner glass walls taking the natural lights into the room and making the room airy. One of these sides has slide windows that can ventilate air. It also has the glass door on the right side leading to the balcony.

There are two bedrooms. The small bedroom is on the right side. This sample is the unit with the functions elevating the floors in the Japanese style. As a result, it has the wooden slide door that can slide into to adjust the room’s functions, to separate areas for privacy, or to go to the common area in order to make the room airy. It has windows taking the natural lights into the room and has the small-scale built in closet.

The master bedroom is on the left hand side. It has opaque walls for privacy. A five feet bed can be inside the room. It also has the glass windows on the right side of the bed in order to let the natural lights to shine into the room and to ventilate the air. The left side of the bed is for the walk-in closet that is a built in one connecting to the toilet with the separated dry and wet areas, the bathtub, the sexy bath that is similar to the first sample, and other necessary sanitary ware that are ready to use.


The kitchen’s counter is a built in one on the wall. It can store many things. It also has the space for a refrigerator on the right side. However, you should measure the space carefully because there is the cbuilt-in cabinet above the space. The washing machine plate is on the left side and it has the pipe system inside and ready to use. The top counter is made of artificial stones. It has good moisture, acid and base resistances. It has tiled walls that are easy to be cleaned. The sink brand is Mex, single bowl and there are plenty space for storing plates or kitchenware. The stove with two burner and hood are from Elextrolux.




Summary


Location & Transportation – Yuu Project is in Sri Racha District, Chon Buri Province. Its surrounding environments are peaceful, and safety. The areas surrounding the project are not crowded. The nearest places for foods and shopping are in the downtown that is about 4.5 km from the project. It takes only 10 minutes to the downtown by private vehicles.


By starting from the project, the distance from project to Bangkok is not take too long, its only 1hrs. 30 minutes and there are three choices of route 1.) Route 1 from the project you can take Sukhumvit road to Burapha Withi Expressway / 2.) Route 2 from the project you can take the road no. 7 / 3.) Route 3 take Sukhumvit road heading to Bangpakong and will come to Samutprakarn then Bangkok.


By taking the u-turn and heading to the south, it can lead to Pattaya, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trad. There are many bypasses to Bangkok-Pattaya Road (the Motorway). The transportations by car are considered as quite convenient because the project is on the main road.

Product & Material


Yuu Sriracha is designed with simple concepts. It is surrounded by the nature including the sea and mountains of Sri Racha District. It is decorated with the Japanese Zen style. The outstanding point of the project is its location on the beach. The location is considered as one for relaxation with the wide views of mountains and sea.


Project material mainly use the wooden on floor, wall , or even some ceiling and with Japanese design concept its aims at a balance the available space with the furniture. Japanese homes also bring nature inside through large, expansive windows that allow a view of nature from every angle. Like in the show unit, the large sliding glass door brings serene, natural views indoors


The materials are considered as standard ones for this level of condominiums. The project provide the furniture and built in kitchen, the closets and the drawers have the solf closing system. The kitchen counter is made of artificial stones. There are the Mex sink, the Electrolux Hop & Hood, the granite floors of the balconies and toilets, the Daikin or equivalent air conditions, and the Toto sanitary ware, the water heaters under the sinks, the hot water pipe systems in the walls, the Toto baths with the glass window.


The project facilities are complete and designed according to the project’s Japanese concepts. The ground floor has the lobby and convenient stores for the residents. The main facilities located on 4th floor include swimming pool, the Co-Working Space between the Zen Garden, the Kids Kingdom near the Japanese Tatami Room, the Putting Green for golfers (golf is a favorite sport for the Japanese people), the small pavilion for resting, the fitness room with the glass walls for taking the surrounding views, the Onsen with the indoor and outdoor sections separated for men and women to bath with mineral water.
