Habito Mall: The Heart of Good Living

Habito Mall is a brand new community mall built on Sukhumvit Soi 77 or On-nuch 1/1 by Sansiri. It is constructed in the T77 Community Project which combines 7 residence communities together: Blocs 77, The Base Sukhumvit 77, The Base Park East, The Base Park West, Garden Square, Hasu Haus and Mori Haus.

The name “Habito” comes from Habitat meaning residence and Bito (Japanese word) meaning people. The word “Habito” truly reflects the unique identity of this community mall. It is certain that Sansiri foresees the location of On-Nuch or Sukhumvit Soi 77 as a potential area tending to grow in the future. To travel from On-Nuch to the business district or downtown is very convenient as it is connected by BTS train or near the expressway. The natural canal (Pra Kanong canal) creates the quiet and pleasant environment in this area. Plus, On-Nuch is the location that the young working generation is interested a lot. 5,000 families live in the T77 Community. This excludes the huge number of inhabitants outside the community in On-Nuch area. Therefore, Habito is a new concept of community mall that perfectly suit the lifestyle of new generation.

How to get to the Habito Mall, very easy! Get off at BTS On-Nuch station then, take a free shuttle leaving every 20 minutes starting from 6.30-22.30 everyday. If you drive, turn into Sukhumvit Soi 77 or On-Nuch 1 then, cross the Sansumran Bridge beautifully built by Sansiri. Keep going for 200 meters, you will see the pleasant view from Prakanong canal. It looks like a different world to you. And the Habito Mall is there.

Here we are! Habito Mall. The parking space is large and able to support 85 cars: 47 cars on ground floor and 38 cars on underground. There are also parking space for bicycles and motorcycles.

The architect pays attention to the details as the parking lots for disabled are well prepared. The road of the front park is designed as a ramp for easy walk which suits best for children and elderly persons. There are also little cute details educating or giving the information of plants in this community mall to the pedestrians.

Let us take you to the 2nd floor. Mostly international restaurants are located on this floor such as Japanese, Vietnamese and Korean restaurants. There are also some available spaces ready to open soon. The opened restaurants are Muine, Vietnamese street food restaurant decorated in industrial loft style and we love Teien Sushi bar, Sushi Japanese restaurant that we guess it is maybe the same Sushi Bar at Piman Project on Sukhumvit Soi 49. We will check and find out.

Today, we pick the Choi Choi Korean Chicken for lunch as we are right now in Korean fever. The decoration is simple and comfortable suitable for pictures definitely. The large viewing window exposes the sunlight. However, we do not sit on the table by the window as we want to watch the Korean series “Descendants of the Sun”. Let’s take a look at the menu. We order fried chicken Combo set with spicy level 2 and bibimbap, mixed Korean rice. The recommended dish is bibimbap. It is very delicious.

We stop by at April Story (@Hubba-to) for coffee after lunch. They serve Aeropress coffee and offer the various types of coffee bean circulated from all over the world. We order the iced Americano by Ethiopian coffee bean roasted in Japan. The taste is not bad at all.

On the second floor of April Story (@Hubba-to), it is a co-working space under name of Hubba To. It provides the facility of working space, meeting room, workshop, cooking that focus on art. The service fee is either per day or per month.

The view over Habito Mall: we find this community mall is a good combination. Sansiri develops this mall not only building the profit of rental but also add the value of the residence in the T77 Community. The inhabitants are able to make use of this facility at worthiest. And as a real estate investor or room owner who rent out a room, this can be a value added or good advantage to attract your lessee. Plus, the additional free service and facility without cost such as free air-conditioned van from BTS On-Nuch station to the complex or a shuttle service leaving every 20 minutes. Also, the best attraction is the quiet and pleasant ambiance with gardens surrounding the project.

ความเห็นที่มีต่อ Habito Mall : ทางเวบคิดว่าเป็นโครงการที่ดีมากเลย แสนสิริได้พัฒนาโครงการแบบนี้ขึ้นมา นอกจากจะเป็นธุรกิจอีกแนวหนึ่งซึ่งสร้างรายได้จากการเก็บค่าเช่าพื้นที่ร้านค้าให้กับแสนสิริแล้ว โครงการนี้ยังทำให้เกิดมูลค่าเพิ่มของราคาที่อยู่อาศัยในโครงการ The T77 Community อีกด้วย ผู้พักอาศัยต่างก็ได้ประโยชน์จากสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น ในแง่ผู้ที่ซื้อที่พักอาศัยไว้เพื่อการลงทุนปล่อยเช่า การมี Facilities & Community Mall แบบนี้ ก็ทำให้ผู้เช่าตัดสินใจได้ง่ายขึ้น เพราะมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับผู้เช่าเพิ่มมากมาย แบบที่ผู้ให้เช่าไม่ต้องลงทุนเอง เช่น รถตู้ปรับอากาศที่บริการรับ-ส่งให้ถึง BTS On nuch หรือจะเป็นรถ Shuttle Bus ที่ให้บริการทุกๆ 20 นาที แถมยังมีบรรยากาศเงียบสงบ มีสวนสวยงามร่มรื่น เหมาะแก่การพักอาศัยและพักผ่อน

We have some comments over 2 issues. First, if you walk to the Mall, it is 1 kilometer far from Sukhumvit Road. And you have to pass many shops along the narrow street plus the On-Nuch market. The street may be too narrow and crowded to walk.

ข้อติงมีแค่สองเรื่องค่ะ คือหากคนที่เลือกเดินทางทางเท้านั้น ระยะทางจากรถไฟฟ้าอ่อนนุชมาถึงที่ฮาบิโตะมอลล์นั้นอาจจะไกลไปหน่อย คือต้องเดินประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร และจะต้องเดินผ่านร้านค้า ตลาดอ่อนนุช ซึ่งทางเดินค่อนข้างแคบ และไม่ค่อยสะดวกเท่าไหร่

Second, the traffic at the entrance of the Habito Mall may delay you a bit to enter to the mall as you must wait for the cars to get into the Base Sukhumvit 77 which is on the right hand side of the street. Then, the cars waiting to pass the entrance of the Base may block your way in and out to the Habito Mall.

อย่างที่สองคือ ทางเข้าออกที่จะเข้าไปยังฮาบิโตะมอลล์นั้น หากใครขับรถไปจะพบว่า ทางเข้าออกนั้นอาจจะไม่สะดวกเท่าไหร่ เพราะก่อนถึงป้อมแลกบัตรนั้น จะมีทางเข้าโครงการ The Base Sukhumvit 77 อยู่ทางด้านขวามือ หากขณะที่จะเข้าไปที่มอลล์ มีรถคอยจะเข้าคอนโด The Base นั้น ก็ต้องคอยนิดนึง เวลาขับรถออกจากฮาบิโตะมอลล์ก็เช่นกัน เลยกลายเป็นการบล๊อกกันเองระหว่างสองโครงการค่ะ
